 Why just learn Pole Tricks, when you can learn to Pole Dance?  In this 6 weeks pole dancing workshop you will learn Exotic Dance Moves, Floorwork, Pole Safety, Strength Training and Injury Prevention, Pole Dance Transitions, Pole Dance Combinations, as well as all those amazing Pole Tricks to impress all your friends.  You will also learn to walk and dance in the "big shoes" if you choose. Regular heels are fine if you don't want to invest in the platform (stripper) shoes.  Did we mention that you will get in the best shape of your life while learning to pole dance, pole dancing workouts every single muscle in your body, you can burn up to 400 calories per class. 

Class Policies: No refunds or make-up classes are available for missed classes; prepayment is required to secure your spot in any class.   Class fees are fully refundable if cancelled with a minimum of 7days notice before the start of the first class, cancellations with less than 7days notice before the first class will be refunded minus a $25 cancellation fee. No refunds are available after a class session has started.
