We hope you love everything you order from suddenlyslimmer.com. Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept any returns on  products, skincare, fragrance, apparel that has been opened or worn (t-shirts, undergarments, shoes, etc.),.

Should you be less than happy with anything else you've ordered, please return it to Suddenly Slimmer within 15 days with your original receipt, and we'll be happy to refund your purchase or send a replacement product. When items are purchased as a set, we can only accept returns of complete sets, not individual items. All refunds are credited to the original pay method. No cash refunds. Send your package via an insured and prepaid method (we recommend FedEx or USPS). Include your packing slip (or invoice number) and please let us know the reason for the return. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.

For any services purchased at any Suddenly Slimmer Day Spa or suddenlyslimmer.com we will issue a store credit toward other services. We apologize but we do not issue refunds on services we will give a store credit toward other services on services unused from your package or gift certificate. Within 15 days of purchase (with receipt) for on-account credit only for future retail services unused services will be given a credit ..
