Infrared Sauna was recently featured on the Oprah Show by Dr. Oz as part of a segment covering "High-Tech Ways to Extend Your Life". Infrared Sauna has many health benefits, like its ability to lower blood pressure, increase blood circulation, burn up to 700 calories, while detoxifying the body.
