Suddenly Slimmer Med Spa Phoenix is looking to hire experienced, highly motivated Aesthetic Cosmetic injectors. Candidates must have previous formal training in cosmetic injectables with at least 1 year of experience, has a passion for the industry, is resourceful, dependable, willing to learn, have strong communication skills, have an aptitude for sales, exceptional bedside manner, and be able to multitask.

A Day in the Life of a Cosmetic Injector

Evaluate patients’ needs and develop aesthetic treatment plans, and services, and recommend skin care products during patient consultations to ensure all patient’s aesthetic goals are met.
Perform any and all neurotoxin and filler injections according to the compliance standards and delegation orders of practice set forth by Suddenly Slimmer Med Spa and state law.
Engage in training peers and new hires on services, guidelines, and Company expectations.
Maintain accurate documentation and charting of each patient’s medical records in regard to all treatments administered.
Assist with maintaining an appropriate inventory by communicating to the management of inventory needs and inventory counts.
Assists with unpacking and storing orders acquired within locations appropriately and timely.
Maintain elite, clean, and organized work/treatment areas throughout the location.
Attend continuing education as requested by Clinical Management to excel in various skill sets.
Attend and provide input at all team meetings organized by your direct supervisor.
Maintain strict client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and company policies.
Maintain a professional neat appearance that adheres to the Company’s dress code.
Maintain a high level of integrity with a strong ethical foundation to ensure our patient’s and Company’s needs are met.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Needed

A registered Nurse License issued by the State is required.
American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is required.
Working weekends and having a flexible schedule are required.
Ability to self-promote and engage in company social media in relation to meeting social media guidelines and expectations.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for transportation.
Must have sound judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to reach above shoulder height, crawl, kneel, and push/pull up 50 lbs.
Working knowledge of Microsoft applications.
Must have strong oral and written communication skills, be highly organized, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
