OUR STORY
Founded in 1988 by matriarch Luzivone, Suddenly Slimmer Med Spa is a beloved family venture. Luzivone, a licensed Acupuncturist, massage therapist, and hypnotherapist, established the foundation. Her daughters, Dannielli, Jeanie, and Jana, and granddaughter, Saharra joined post-graduation from ASU, propelling the business to its current status as Arizona’s largest and longest-running Med Spa, Wellness, Laser Center, and Weight Loss Center. Boasting a cutting-edge 5,000 sq. ft. med spa, Suddenly Slimmer is a beacon of modernity. They are deeply committed to beauty, health, and wellness, continuously embracing the latest advancements to offer state-of-the-art treatments and products. Their expertise has garnered recognition in numerous local and national publications, as well as television appearances.

MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Dr. Ferrell has been practicing medicine for over 20 years. He is board-certified in Emergency Medicine and has been providing leadership as a medical director for more than 15 years. Additionally, he is a trained and certified Medical Aesthetic Medical Director. He ensures appropriate medical supervision of the patient care policies, procedures, and protocols used in a medical spa. Dr. Ferrell has healthcare executive experience as a senior vice president with Envision Healthcare—a Fortune 500 company–specializing in operations.
Dr.Ferrell has received his MD as well as his MBA from UCLA where he graduated with honors. Besides, he is the former medical director of the Honor Health Osborn Emergency Department and chairman of the Department of Emergency Medicine. His research interests include optimizing pain management and patient satisfaction. He has 20 years of experience practicing Emergency Medicine. He lives in Scottsdale with his wife and four children and is an avid golfer.

Dannielli, RN, is a master-certified Allergan, Galderma, and MERZ injector with over 20 years of experience in Medical Aesthetics. She meticulously examines her patients’ faces from all angles to ensure symmetry and precise product distribution.
Her extensive experience and expertise includes administering neurotoxins (Botox/Dysport/Xeomin), PDO threads, fillers, biostimulators, PRP, PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin), Exosome Therapy, facial balancing, rejuvenation, cheek, jawline & chin filler, lip filler, PDO Thread Lift, FemiLift Laser for Vaginal Rejuvenation and tightening, and non-surgical Radiesse and Sculptra ButtLift BBL. She was voted the #1 Radiesse ButtLift provider by MERZ Aesthetics, the makers of Radiesse filler.

Dr. Alexe is a licensed Naturopathic Physician based in Arizona, specializing in medical aesthetics, bioidentical hormones, and weight loss. She obtained her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from the National University of Health Sciences and a Bachelor of Science from Loyola University of Chicago, where she earned Dean’s List recognition.
Dr. Alexe emphasizes a restorative approach to aesthetics, working closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals. Trained by leading experts in medical aesthetics and regenerative medicine, she has mastered advanced techniques for face and body treatments. Her extensive experience includes administering neurotoxins (Botox/Dysport), PDO threads, fillers, biostimulators, PRP, PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin), and a variety of laser and radio frequency treatments. Her proficiency also includes skin care and chemical peels. She is also certified in Bio-identical Hormone Replacement Pellet Therapy and in aesthetic procedures including Botox, fillers, PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma), and PDO thread applications.
As a provider, Dr. Alexe offers bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and innovative peptide weight loss programs that support fat loss while preserving lean muscle mass. She excels in addressing anti-aging concerns such as skin and hair conditions, and she is dedicated to helping her patients achieve their desired look and feel their best.
Alisha NP, a Nurse Practitioner and skilled master injector, specializes in administering neurotoxins (Botox/Dysport/Xeomin), fillers, biostimulators, PRP Face and Hair Restoration, PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin), Exosome Therapy, facial balancing, rejuvenation, and cheek, jawline & chin filler, as well as lip filler. Her expertise in aesthetics merges artistic prowess with a scientific foundation, delivering a premium patient experience. A passionate educator, she tailors individualized plans for each client to enhance their innate beauty.
Dr. Jeffers has over 10 years of experience as a cosmetic injector. Dr. Jeffers specializes in botox and filler injections and has completed training with industry-leading practitioners. Dr. Jeffers’s unique patient-centered approach allows her to provide patients with unparalleled results while delivering an aesthetic plan that suits their long-term beauty and wellness goals. Dr. Jeffers is certified in Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, Voluma, Vollure, Volbella, Restylane, Hormone Replacement Therapy, and more! She is also trained in advanced lasers that help with anti-aging, pigmentation, acne scarring, hair removal, brown spots, and overall skin complexion. Dr. Jeffers is an avid learner and continues to educate herself on the latest techniques in beauty and wellness.
Saharra is a licensed Laser Technician, Certified in HydraFacial MD, Diamond Glow, and Coolsculpting at Suddenly Slimmer Med Spa with over 10 years of experience, specializing in skin care, fat loss, body countering, cellulite, and skin rejuvenation. Natalie, a licensed medical Esthetician and Certified Laser Technician at Suddenly Slimmer Med Spa, specializes in a wide range of anti-aging skin treatments. From addressing skin discoloration, acne, and acne scars to dealing with rosacea, sagging skin, stretch marks, and body contouring, Natalie offers comprehensive expertise. Her extensive training includes HydraFacial, DiamondGlow, Dermaplaning, Waxing, Laser Hair Removal, Vi Peel, SkinMedica Chemical Peels, Laser Skin Tightening, SkinPen Microneedling, Vivace RF Microneedling, Radio Frequency, and Ultrasound. Jeanie is the Medical Consultant at Suddenly Slimmer Med Spa, she has extensive experience helping clients create and discuss customized treatment plans based on their needs and desires. A Phoenix native, Jeanie graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Biology with a minor in English. She has been working in the Cosmetic, Health & Wellness industries for over 20 years. She is passionate about working with people to find the most customized treatment plan to make them feel their best from the inside out.
