Suddenly Slimmer Spa is conveniently located in the Biltmore Arcadia area, known as one of the most popular areas of Phoenix Arizona. Purchase an Instant Spa Gift Certificate. Please be aware that all gift certificates expire after six months.  Reservations: We encourage guests to schedule their appointments five to seven days in advance. Same-day reservations and walk-in appointments are always welcome, based on availability. All reservations must be secured by a major credit card, address, and telephone number. CANCELLATION | RESCHEDULING & CREDIT CARD POLICY

We require a credit card number to reserve all appointments. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule we do require at least 24 hours notice in order to avoid a fee. The 24hrs policy allows us time to fill up that empty spot with another guest.  Please keep in mind that arriving late for a service may require the spa to shorten the length of the treatment, with full charges applied, so as to not inconvenience other guests. However, we will make every effort to provide the full service whenever possible.

ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN PROCEDURE

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time. This will allow ample time for you to fill out a health questionnaire and just simply relax (enjoy tea and snacks) before your therapist comes to take you for your spa treatment.

GIFT CARD | GIFT CERTIFICATE

Please visit this link to purchase an instant gift certificate.  Gift Certificates make an ideal year-round gift for any special occasion. They are available in any dollar value of your choice or for specific services from the guest service desk and you can also purchase spa gift certificates online. Please be aware that spa gift certificates are non-refundable.

All sales of Gift Cards and Gift Certificates are final. You may not return, cancel, or redeem for cash any Gift Card or Gift Certificate after it is purchased. Use of the Gift Card and Gift Certificate is limited to the number of funds held on the Card.

If you make a purchase and there are insufficient funds held on the Card to cover that purchase, you must pay the difference by an acceptable alternative payment method, i.e., credit card, debit card, check, or cash. The Card may not be redeemed for cash. Gift Certificates/Gift Cards expire one year from the date of purchase.

GROUP BOOKING

The Spa at Suddenly Slimmer is the premiere setting for any group outing, the spa is over 12,000 sq ft. Events can be customized for any type of gathering from an intimate group of friends, or a bridal party, to a large corporate conference. We encourage parties of five or more to schedule their appointments well in advance to ensure availability. GRATUITIES

Gratuities can range from 15% to 20% depending on customer preference.

MEDICAL CONCERNS

If under medical care, please consult a physician before participating in any exercise program or spa treatment. The facilities are available to all guests. If you are under 18 years of age and will be receiving a spa treatment you will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

PAYMENT ACCEPTED

All major credit cards (Visa, American Express, Discover Card), Cash, SpaFinder, SpaWish, SpaWeek, Care Credit.

We are unable to accept Care Credit, SpaFinder, SpaWish, or SpaWeek as a form of payment for discounted services or as a tip.

We do not accept SpaFinder, SpaWeek, or SpaWish as a form of payment for products.

WE DON’T OFFER REFUNDS, ONLY STORE CREDIT

We don’t offer refunds on any pre-paid services (s), packages, or products. If you have prepaid for a service or purchased a series or a package and elect to not receive the service, the remaining balance will be placed as store credit minus a 10% processing fee. The store credit can be used towards any of our services and products. If you have purchased a product and return it unopened within 7 days, we will place the full amount as store credit that you will be able to use towards any of our services and products.

HOW LONG BEFORE PACKAGE OR STORE CREDIT EXPIRES?

*Packages and store credits do expire one year from the date of purchase.
