The requirement for the position:

The ideal candidate must have:

• At least 2 years of experience working as an Esthetician and laser tech in a professional medical setting.
• Must have proven sales track record with at least 2 years in sales experience
• Must be a professional in their appearance, have a positive demeanor, self -motivated, detail orientated, personable, and have a customer service attitude.
• Must be willing to work together as a team to build and maintain a strong patient following.
• Must be flexible and dependable and able to pick up shifts as needed.
• Must be able to work Saturdays and be flexible to work either morning shift or afternoon/evening shift or some shifts in the morning and some shifts afternoon/evening.

Must be proficient in the following services:

• Customize facials and Medical Peels
• Proficient in Lasers: Laser Hair Removal-Alma Soprano Ice is a plus,  IPL PhotoFacial, Radio Frequency volume reduction, skin tightening, cellulite reduction, laser skin resurfacing)
• Able to deliver full body waxing (Brazilian wax is a PLUS, if not at least have to be able to perform some face and body waxing).

Below is a list of services we considered a plus, but NOT a must to be considered for this position:

• Microneedling with and without PRP
• Medical grade peels
• Dermaplaning
• CoolSculpting, HydraFacial, Diamond Glow Facial, Clear + Brilliant Laser is a PLUS, but not a must.
