We’re are asking clients to follow these guidelines to help us maintain a safe & healthy spa environment for all:
⭐️ COMPLETE INTAKE FORMS ONLINE: Please complete all intake forms online prior to coming in. You should have received an appointment confirmation email, please click on that email and scroll to the bottom, where you will find several intakes forms, you must complete prior to coming in, including the intake form titled “COVID-19 Pre-Screening Questions”. If you did not receive your appointment confirmation email please call or text 602-560-9066 to make us aware. ⭐️ COVER-UP: Please wear a cloth face covering or protective mask and gloves during your visit.
⭐️ ARRIVE ON-TIME: Because we must take extra time to sanitize our rooms after each appointment, we will not be able to accommodate late visits. Please aim to arrive slightly early in order to be seen.
⭐️ MINIMIZE CROWDS: Do not bring family, friends, or guests to your appointment. Larger groups increase the risk of spreading disease.
⭐️ AVOID THE LOBBY: To further cut down on crowding risks, our waiting room is currently closed. Stay in your car and text us at 602-560-9066 to let us know you’ve arrived for your appointment. The therapist will text you back to let you know when she is ready for you to come in for your appointment.
⭐️ MONITOR YOUR HEALTH: Please refrain from visiting us if you have developed a fever or other symptoms of illness, or if you have come into contact with an individual showing symptoms.
Our staff is closely following CDC, state, and recommended guidelines to make sure our facilities remain safe for employees and clients alike by:
⭐️ Reducing daily client count to adhere to sanitation guidelines
⭐️ Requiring all staff members and clients to wear protective masks. For the protection of all staff and clients, your appointment will be rescheduled if you do not bring a mask or face cloth covering with you. We can not guarantee that we will have a mask to provide to you due to national shortages.
⭐️ Sanitizing every room thoroughly before and after every treatment and visit
⭐️ Sanitizing the restrooms after each client
⭐️ Regularly disinfecting doorknobs, countertops, and equipment
⭐️ Providing plenty of hand sanitizer to staff and clients
